At Finca Almalibra, our olive oil is produced in small batches from hand-harvested olives in Roquetes, Spain.

The olives are gently cold-pressed within the 48 hours and have a very low acidity between 0.2 and 0.4. Left unfiltered, the oil keeps its natural character, flavor, and nutritional value — just as nature intended.
