Description
Alma Pura is produced in small batches from hand-harvested olives grown on our land in Roquetes, Catalonia.
The olives are cold-pressed within 24 to 48 hours and left unfiltered.
Nothing is refined, nothing is added.
This results in a fresh, green olive oil with a clean taste and a soft peppery finish.
With a naturally low acidity of 0.2–0.4%, it’s easy to use every day — for cooking, salads, vegetables, or simply with bread.
