Finca Almalibra is a regenerative food forest and off-grid finca in Spain.
We are a small, community-based project focused on land restoration, sustainable living, shared experiences, and mutual support.
Finca Almalibra is not a commercial hotel, travel agency, or conventional webshop.
NATURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS & PAYMENTS
Financial contributions made through this website are considered fixed donation prices that support the project, the land, and its activities.
Contributions are not commercial purchases
No ownership of goods or services is transferred
Contributions help sustain the project and its community
WooCommerce is used solely as a technical tool to process contributions. This does not imply a traditional webshop or retail activity.
STAYS, VOLUNTEERING & EXPERIENCES
Stays, volunteering, and experiences at Finca Almalibra are offered as non-commercial exchanges.
Participation is based on mutual respect and shared responsibility
We do not provide hotel-style services or guarantees
Availability may change due to weather, land conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
Participation is always at your own responsibility
Finca Almalibra is an off-grid, natural environment. Guests and volunteers acknowledge the presence of natural risks related to terrain, tools, animals, weather, and rural living.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because contributions are considered donations:
Refunds are not automatic
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
– technical errors
– duplicate payments
– clear administrative mistakes
Requests must be made within a reasonable time via our contact form.
PAYMENTS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar).
We do not store credit card details
Each provider applies its own terms and privacy policy
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Finca Almalibra is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during stays, volunteering, or visits
Visitors participate entirely at their own risk
We are not responsible for personal belongings
All visitors agree to respect the land, buildings, animals, people, and natural environment.
