Traveling with your own van, camper or caravan?
You’re welcome to stay on the land among the olive trees,
whether you’re passing through for a short stop
or staying a bit longer to explore the area.
Staying here works on a contribution basis.
This can be through a helping hand, a donation,
or a combination of both.

Temporarily staying the wooden chalet
In some situations, it’s possible to temporarily stay on the land
as part of supporting the project.
This may include staying in the wooden house for a period of time.
These stays are based on contribution and are always on request.

Where we are
Finca Almalibra is located at the foot of the Els Ports Natural Park,
near Tortosa in southern Catalonia.
The land is surrounded by mountains, olive groves and quiet paths.
From here, you can go hiking directly from the land,
cycle along the Via Verde,
or ride up into the Els Ports mountains — a well-known area for cyclists.
In the wider region, there are many outdoor possibilities,
such as canyoning, via ferrata and kayaking.
On request, it’s also possible to organize a guided hike tailored to your interests.
These are arranged privately and discussed case by case.
The sea is about 30 minutes away,
with rocky coves for snorkeling,
and the Ebro area, known for wind and water sports.
The region also attracts people who enjoy flying small aircraft,
with local airfields nearby.
All of this is optional.
Some people explore a lot,
others simply stay on the land and rest.
