πΏ New Olive Adventure at Finca Almalibra πΏ
Our neighbor β who only recently moved onto his land β heard about our Food Forest project for local families in need π and offered us something truly beautiful:
β¨ We can harvest the olives on his land! β¨
The trees havenβt been maintained for a long time, so before the harvest weβre carefully bringing them back to shape. Weβre removing all the chupones (suckers) so the trees can breathe again and the nets can be placed properly π³.
The real pruning will come later, between February and April, following the natural rhythm of the trees. Slow, respectful pruning β allowing them to regain their strength, balance, and beauty.
Weβre deeply grateful for this generous gesture π
As a thank-you, weβll gift him some of our olive oil β a small but heartfelt way to return the kindness.
πͺ Weβve already spent two full days preparing the land and the trees, and the energy out there feels incredible.
β¨ Do you have olive trees youβd like us to harvest?
Or would you love to join and help during the harvest?
Send us a message πΏ
Letβs make this season one of abundance, connection, and purpose π
